We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on ALL orders via Postal Express and Logistics. Please remember that no minimum purchase amount or coupon code is required!

We are dedicated to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We need 1-2 weeks to customize your personalized orders. And, you will receive your order in 2-4 weeks from the date that it is placed.

If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.

We will immediately start to design and customize your personalized order from the date that is placed. The time frame of customization is 1-2 weeks usually, according to the complexity of the products.

Shipment takes  2-4 weeks to arrive, please refer to the table below for various delivery times to international destinations.

* Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of personalized order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please specifies this during checkout.

After we begin to deliver your order, we will sent you a Shipping Notification email, including the information of your Order ID and Tracking Shipping Number. You can check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and email.
